Publication Commitment: To ensure the effectiveness of our service, a specific number of blogs, as defined by your selected billing plan, must be published every month.
Blog Review and Editing: All blogs generated by ContentX must be thoroughly reviewed and edited before being published. This ensures the accuracy and alignment with your brand’s voice and goals.
Refund Request Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be submitted within the first 30 days following the completion of the initial 90-day period during which the increase in organic search traffic is measured.
Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, please send an email to [email protected]. The email should include a clear request for refund, the specific amount being requested, and a detailed reason for the refund. Subject line should read: Refund.
Refund Processing: Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase when possible. Manual paper checks may be used when needed.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for the money-back guarantee, your store must adhere to the publication commitment and blog review process as outlined above. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the ineligibility for the refund.

Refund Disqualification: Refund requests will be disqualified if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, or if blogs have been published without proper review and editing. Pre-paid, already discounted annual plans are disqualified from refunds.
Policy Revisions: ContentX reserves the right to modify or terminate this Satisfaction Guarantee policy at its discretion.
